An Amazing Race!

Bondy 500 is an adrenalin-fueled Amazing Race-style competition open to students of all ages, and one of the longest running events held at Bond. Students create their own teams of 4 to 5 members, and compete for the day’s ultimate prize by visiting sites around the Gold Coast and completing a range of entertaining tasks.

After starting on the Bond University campus, students must combine speed with smarts to decode the clues in order to reach their next checkpoint and complete the assigned tasks. While points are awarded for being first team to reach each stop, teams must also collect objects from an extensive list of scavenger items that have a point value connected to them. In order to win, a team must be savvy about understanding clues, successfully find scavenger items, and try to complete the course in a fast time
